One Piece OC: Mayaru. Admiral

an Admiral OC of mine for my One Piece story

Name: Yako Mayaru

Hair: white

Appearance: Mayaru is a very tall individual who stands out almost just as much because of his white hair. he usually goes dressed in silver clothing with grey edges and white shoes. his navy admirals coat is white in color.

Personality: Mayaru is a strong believer in hard honest work paying off. also does he believe in the navy's ultimate justice, although he will first talk to the pirates he encounters, to see if he can talk them out of their criminal way of life. and if not, he tries to talk them into surrendering. to his colleagues he's a respectable man, who takes his job seriously, but who can lighten up and take a joke. he won't mess around on the job, but he won't mind going drinking with some underlings once the job's done.
when it comes to pirates, the higher their bounty, the harder he'll try to stop them. though, when the bounty is low, he'll try to talk to them, to reform them. but the higher their bounty goes, the less and less he'll do this. once a pirate's bounty reaches 300.000.000 berries, he'll stop trying to talk them out of their criminal ways and just fight and arrest them. though he will talk to them during their fight.
when in battle, he continues to talk, be it sparring or actually fighting to take down an opponent. he'll analyze his opponent's moves, tell them of his opponent's weaknesses, before exploiting them. when he fights, he wants his opponents to know why they lost to him. he has keen eyes for observing an opponent. and should an opponent manage to overcome one weakness, it will usually not take him too long to find another.

Abilities:
having eaten the paramecia devil fruit; the vibe vibe fruit/vibration fruit, he's become a vibration man.
for this reason, when he started out as a marine at the age of 15, people laughed at him because of the fruit he ate. all he could do was vibrate. some men, while drunk, suggested he'd go work in a brothel with his abilities.
a marine admiral at that time told him to analyze his fruit's abilities thoroughly; to take his abilities back to basic, study them and take small steps enhancing its abilities. having done this, he's found many ways to using his vibrating abilities.

high speed; using his vibration powers to make his skin and muscles vibrate and move quickly, he noticed he could move his body faster and faster if he vibrated his skin and muscles faster and faster. he now has a speed with which he can easily catch many opponents of guard. they won't realize he's within striking distance and about to strike them, the moment before impact.

intense heat; by vibrating a certain spot for a long time, he could warm himself up. like when it's cold and someone shivers to get warm. doing this, shiver vibrating, not only can he warm up his body, he can unleash enough warm in his skin and into the air that the air starts vibrating from the heat. doing this usually gives him a red glow. the heat he can generate is about 100°C. so when he hits someone like this, he can burn them.

tremor shock; by using his vibration powers on his surroundings, he can vibrate the earth to crack, causing small tremors. when he vibrates at full power, he can cause an earth quake,... or a sea quake when on the water. also can he aim these vibration tremors; sending a cracking quaking earth toward a certain target.

Speed Heat; combining his high speed and intense heat vibrations, he can leave a heat trail doing this. but it increases his speed and heat further. the heat trail he creates causes after images to appear, making it more difficult for an opponent to hit him. and his heat increases to 150°C, making his burning hits more painful.

Speed Tremor; he combines his high speed and tremor shock vibrations, allowing him to send out tremors much faster and further. the earth cracks or quakes he makes can catch an opponent of guard much faster. also can he cause tremors to the air around him, causing bullets and even cannonballs fired to shift out of course should they come near these tremors.

heat tremor; combining his intense heat and tremor shock vibrations, he can send out a powerful heat tremor to not only rock the ground around under someone's feat, but also burn those feat by sending his heat into the earth. at full power, he can burn and melt the ground.

kinetic blast; by vibrating, he creates kinetic energy. he than gathers it and can throw it at something with great speed and precision, more powerful than a cannonball.

molecule phase; Mayaru vibrates his whole body, down to the cellular level, causing a flux in his system. so long as all his molecules vibrate at the same resonance, it allows Mayaru to pass through physical objects. and since this is not a logia ability; the armament Haki can't touch him like this. but as it drains his energy quickly, it's not a move he uses often. it's his trump card to spring on opponents, surprise them, than take them down.

as a marine admiral, he also has some of the six powers of CP9

Geppo; the moonwalk: allowing the user to jump off the air itself.
Soru; shave: an ability to move at incredible speeds, that can barely be followed by normal eyes.

Haki:
Mayaru has one haki ability

Busoshoku Haki; Armament haki: It allows the user to create a force similar to an invisible armor around them. Naturally, this armor could also be used to strengthen attacks. It could even be applied to weapons one holds. This haki can even go so far, as to allow the user to touch certain devil fruit eaters, meaning the Logia type, that turned the body into a certain substance. This haki can be taken so far, it turns parts of the body black, making that area harder and the attacks far stronger.

Weapon:
Metal Arms;

Mayaru has a backpack with mechanical cords attached to it. on the other end of these cords are a pair of metal arms, as well as mechanic hands, in which he puts his own hands to operate. once he puts in his hands, he can operate the big metal hands and arms attached to the cords. these arms hit much harder, since they're made of metal and make good shields. and while they're heavy, he wields them with ease.
