in this form, Lisa's speed increases dramatically. combining this increased speed with her flash step and her wings allows her to make after images of herself. she has long claws, which she can stretch out to reach a meter in length, which she uses for speed cutting when she flies by someone. also is she capable of launching her feathers at her opponent, instantly re-growing them. each feather shot is like a knife.
Cero; Lisa can launch quick back to back ceros from her mouth/beak, but they don't have much power compared to other ceros. it's still capable of matching or overpowering a Gillian's cero.
