in my What If,... Project, I also made her a Vollstandig
in this form, her L - the Liquid, increases in power. now she no longer has to touch another liquid with her weapon to control it, she simply needs to be close enough to it to use it. water, tea, coffee, drinks, blood, it's all under her control, to form and use it however she wants.
