What If Certain Soul Reapers Were Quincies

O - the Overdrive; it grants him the ability to use five different abilities: blue; cold, allowing him to freeze/slow down the target he hits with it. green; healing, allowing him to heal the target he hits. red; power, it increases the power of whoever he hits. purple; physical strengthening, allowing him to grant whoever he hits greater physical strength and endurance. yellow; heat, allowing him to burn the target he hits. if he were to shoot all five of these at an opponent, the combined effects would kill the target. also, using the overdrive, he can send some of his own life force to enhance his own power.
