Jerren and Lazuli had kept busy after apprehending the poachers. analysing all the animals and finding all the planets they came from and bringing them back to their planets. along with that, they tracked down all the people who had done business with the poachers and finding them. these people were either fined for hiring poachers, or arrested for criminal activity, depending on their background check. but after about two weeks of near nonstop work, the poacher job had been finished. all their reports had been written and turned in. a nice extra paycheck for the extra work and overtime was theirs. having recently finished a one time job, simply catching some space gangsters, now they were on their way back to Galactic Patrol HQ. on their way back, they would pass by Earth. Lazuli leaned back in her seat, 'you know, that fight would have been over much sooner if I were allowed to use my energy blasts.' Jerren looked at her, 'perhaps, but it's more likely you would have killed them.

with three days left until the school year would start for them, Jerren and Lazuli spend their time preparing. they had been preparing since they had been told about this mission and luckily the language of Japan was similar, even in writing, to the language of Earth in universe 7. however, with them having claimed to be transfer students from America, now they needed to also learn to speak and write English, otherwise someone might see through their ruse. luckily, with all their technology, it was not too difficult for them to get a grasp of at least the basics of English. along with that, they also spend their time on restraining their power. they studied the heroes of this planet and their quirks, as well as all the available information of the hero schools. even though both of them were capable of destroying a planet, they needed to dial their power way back to a school level. luckily they managed this as well, while making it look like they were putting some effort into it. they
